Frame Pro provides a fair and reasonable pricing concept that can help all builders keep their projects on budget. 

We at Frame Pro understand the pressure for a builder to keep a project on schedule.  We give 110% to keeping our schedule during our phase of the project and most times, we have other trades in before their scheduled start time.

Frame Pro is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment.  Our policy will always be zero accidents and to recognize that most accidents are preventable and safety must hold the same importance as it does with our own families.  Our safety program includes interacting safety orientation with weekly tailgate meetings and daily job inspections.  We train our employees, managers, foremen and sub contractors to correct unsafe work conditions.  We believe that our workers are our number one asset and safety is a must.

Subcontractor Insurance Requirements

Prior to working with Frame Pro you must fulfill the following requirements:
Liability Insurance
 

• Provide Certificate of Insurance naming Frame Pro as "additional insured by endorsement"
• Limits must be no less than the following
• Each Occurrence Limit: 1,000,000. Per Occurrence
• Medical Payment Limit: 5,000. Per Person
• General Aggregate Limit: 2,000,000.
• Fire Legal Liability: 50,000. Per Occurrence
• Personal & Advertising: 1,000,000. Per Occurrence

Workers' Compensation

• Limits must be no less than the following
• Bodily Injury by Accident: 1,000,000. Per Accident
• Bodily Injury by Disease: 1,000,000. Per Employee
• Bodily Injury by Disease: 500,000. Policy Limit

IRS Paperwork

• Completed W-9
• Declaration of Independent Contractor Status Form
• Copy of your Drivers License

Final Payment Requirements

• Mechanic's Lien Waiver
• One for your company
• One for any Sub �or Outsourced� work your company may have used
• Non-Compete Agreement
• Per job contract
